During this consultation, we will come to an understanding

to be presented to you (report formats). We will also estimate, based on your
needs and requirements, the timeframe for the completion of all your requested
research. We will provide you with a detailed statement of work (which will also
indicate your costs) before commencing work. We will require a printed and signed
approval of all terms and conditions before we begin work on your project. Most
projects will require a (good-faith) down-payment before work can proceed.

note: Due to the confidential nature of work done for our research clients, we
regret that we are unable to provide samples of completed or current research
projects. Our initial consultation with you is free, however, and most clients
are able to determine our suitability for the task by the time this free consultation
has been completed and a full quote has been provided.
