Step 1: Initial
Consultation and Preliminary Research
A Free Initial Consultation.
In our initial consultation with you, we will begin discussing your writing project
to determine your interests and what the focus of the piece should be. We will
examine (in summary form) any written materials you may have already developed,
and will determine if additional research/investigation on your topic will be
necessary. We will take as much time as necessary to determine what will best
meet your needs, and will not proceed until both we and you are fully satisfied
that we understand the scope of your writing project and that we are the best
choice for you.
Step 2: Original Composition
Once
we have begun work, we will produce an original composition based on your requirements,
according to a pre-determined deadline. After we check it thoroughly, you will
have an opportunity to review this document, and indicate any changes you want
made, before we proceed to the next step. Again, we will not move forward to the
next step until you are 100% satisfied - no exceptions.
Step 3:
Finished Formatting and Final Review
In the final step we produce
your piece in the format(s) which you need it (text file, MS-Word, HTML, PDF),
check it a second time for completeness and accuracy, and then forward to you
for final approval. Normally, this will be a file in a "locked" format
which will allow you to review the contents and appearance, but which cannot be
printed or copied. Upon receipt of final payment, a completely unlocked file will
be sent to you.
